A giant pink jelly thing was floating many miles off the East Coast of Maniaca. It looked like flubber. Seriously. Except it was pink, and in the center, it had a silver ball with some(what looked like) electrical bolts spraying from it. It was using it's flubber like arms to paddle towards the beach. It wasn't doing a very good job against the waves which were going against it at that point. It just floated back and forth, not really making any progress in any direction....
A few hours later, the sun was poking up over the horizon. A squadron of Catarian superfighter jets was flying a patrol many miles off the Northeast coast of Maniaca. The spearhead, Ldr. Yallerman, noticed a gigantic pink thing floating in open ocean.
"Holy, crap."
He snapped a few photos, dropped a radar beacon at the site and ordered his squadron to fly back to base....
"What on Earth is this thing?" asked Emperor Catsendt in a secret meeting of military heads.
"That's exactly what we'd like to know," said Ldr. Yallerman. They called in a leading scientist from some unknown sorcerer's tower in the northwest. His name was Dr. Fofini.
"I would guess the jelly thing it's comprised of is a form of ectoplasm, or ghostly matter. The thing I don't understand is the ball in the center. It is quite clearly a solid object. At first glance, these streaks would appear to be stray bolts of electricity, but that makes little sense when you study things. How much time do you estimate we have before it beaches, sir?"
"At least 72 hours, unless we get an inward gale."
"That should give us soome plotting time. However, I can't be sure it needs to be on land to do any damage. Then again, it may not be dangerous at all. Maybe we should try and communicate with it?"

OOC: I probably didn't leave much room for anyone else to post. I saw a ghostbusters movie where they had something like this. Feel free to attack it if you want, just don't kill it. Go ahead and make it stronger, too.
