The Democratic Arcologies of Feline is well known for its devotion to environmental protection.

Now, it is taking it to the next level. The Feline International Environmental Protection Army is a paramilitary (In the literal since of a non-military force that has aesthetic similarities to one, not the connotations it has taken on) force.

The purpose is to, when a nation, province, county, municipality or environmental advocacy NGO requests it, send in FIEPA volunteers to support, train, and augment local environmental forces.

It is free of charge. Vehicles, non-lethal weapons to stop poachers, etcetera will be provided free of charge.

The following are available- you can choose some, or all that you fall under:

Governments

1. Environmental Policing with arrest authority
2. Environmental Policing without arrest authority
3. Training of environmental enforcement agents
3. Supplying of environmental enforcement agents
4. Environmental Quality Monitoring
5. Environmetal Education

NGOs

Please note that if your government asks us to leave, we must comply. We must also follow all laws set out by a government.

1. Training of volunteers
2. Attending of protests
3. Printing leaflets and protest materials
4. Fund infusion
5. Environmental Education
6. Environmental Quality Monitoring

"Actually, the FIEPA is a Feline government program, with volunteers well-trained in all aspects of environmental advocacy, education, cleanup, and enforcement. And, we do have hair length regulations. Also, the "hippie" subculture is quite a minority in Feline. Most of our recruits are young college graduates, hoping to volunteer for a bit to help the world. Others hope to make a career within the FIEPA. We hope the Pink Bunny Corporation (OOC: What?) will reconsider.

Tremalkier would accept this program under the following limitations:

1) Article 3B to be declared temporary until article 3A is fulfilled.
2) Articles 4 and 5 to be stricken.

As for secondary organizations statements:

1) Articles 2,3,5,6 to be stricken, as they are banned from Tremalkier.

Do note that we are talking about underground environments here, our surface is no longer inhabitable.
