Saiogena-MTV-News:

DJ Jzu-I: Yo! It's DJ Jzu-I and I'm brining you the latest news on S-MTV!

Jzu-I: The Empress Tzu Yun is, and this is not a joke, releasing her first album called "Plastic Doll", we dropped in on Her Majesty at the set where she made her first music video for the new single, "Take Me Away".

[The Empress sits in a chair, behind her the crew is working the set, the Empress wears a bathrobe and is drinking from a water bottle]

"The album Plastic Doll is my own personal exploration of my life through Techno music, for the first single Take Me Away the video reflects the song which I wrote at 15 in which I beg to be taken away from my-then- empty life to something more simplistic and free from the rigors of the noble class. The entire album is a techno-trance work but I have recorded some Punk-Pop stuff as well."

[Back to Studio]

Jzu-I: "The Empress admits that more than likely most people will buy the album to be polite but she hopes that once people listen to it that they will enjoy it for her talent rather than her title. Her voice will remind you of a cross between Bjork and Celine Dion."

Jzu-I: "For more info cehck out Saiogena-MTV.com. Now for an hour of music videos."

Gregor Asmadi, self-proclaimed God-King of Asmadonia, turns off his television in disgust.

"Is this what I had satellite TV installed in the Palace for? Some self-indulgent ruler with bad taste in music?"

"No, Your Excellency," Archbishop Fax replies, "you had it installed so you could watch the hockey playoffs."

"Oh yes," the God-King says with a smile. "Still, I remember when world leaders would go on MTV to discuss weighty and important issues, such as 'Boxers or Briefs?'"

"The world is changing," the Archbishop offers.

"Hm, not for the better, old friend. I mean, a cross between Bjork and Celine Dion?!"

The Archbishop shrugs.

"Didn't we have Celine Dion executed?"

"Ah, no, Your Excellency. She is still under contract in Las Vegas. We were in negotiations to have her perform here as a pretense so that the execution could be carried out, but then you announced our intentions on CNN."

"Oh, right. Damn that Larry King!"

The Archbishop walked over to the door, hoping to leave before the God-King's temper really got going. Before he could reach the door, the God-King let out a frustrated sigh.

"I guess we should order an album, to be polite. After all, the Empress is quite the attractive woman."

"Of course, Your Excellency. I shall see to it at once."

The Archbishop hurried out of the door before his lord could change his mind.
Muktar

The techno elements of the album make it very popular in Muktar, which is famed for raves.
Sarumania

Saruman groaned with disgust as the halls were filled with hideous attempts by Uruks and men to sing along with the album. Furiously he wrote an edict banning all Uruk-Hai from singing. They grudgingly complied. The album goes multiple platinum in Isengard.

To the Empress Tzu-Yun,

I congratulate you on the recent success of your album. Indeed, I have grown quite familiar with it, as the children at my communal house have taken to playing it at all times of the day and night.

If you are scheduled to tour in promotion of your recording, the people of Andolai would appreciate it if you would consider a performance in our capital city of Nueva Blanca. We are quickly becoming known as something of a cultural mecca, and feel that your original take on established genres would be a worthy addition to our rich artistic heiritage.

Sincerely,
Aaron Sanchez

As the first album of music to ever actually warrant a *smile* and a *nod* from Havarran Dzerrin, the National Security Executor, naturally the Lord Praetor had to have a copy...

Having just finished it, the young ruler looked rather enraptured as he called the Foreign Affairs Commissariat...

"Gar? Tell the good Empress Tzu-Yun that we'd like a lot more copies...."

"How many more, Lord Praetor?"

"....I don't know. That's why I have Udyan around, ask him what we'd need if we were to have...oh I don't know...a National Listen-To-This-Music Day."

"...uhm."

"Don't you uhm at me, Gar. We have enough vermiis to throw around."

"...but...well...sir, he just had HEART surgery...he's a war veteran...."

"Then consider it exercise." Thraakan smirked as he cut the comm. Back to the music....
