I'm looking for a nation to create an Alliance or a nation to trade with anyone wants to join or trade with me? Or I'm doing something wrong becasue I don't know how to play exactly yet.

Well, your not doing anything wrong as far as I can tell, and I'm sure that the Purple Council of Hanseania would be delighted to engage in trade with your nation!
