For awhile now, I've had the nation of Kogoruhm as a feifdom of Skeelzania. Unfortunately, I never use it to RP. Since a nation with a distinct name like this (fans of Morrowind might recognize it) shouldn't go to waste, I've decided to offer it to whoever wants it.
I withhold the right to deny service to anyone, whether you be a n00b wanker who I think will get the nation deleted or just someone I don't like.

"The Fiefdom of Kogoruhm is a huge, pleasant nation, notable for its complete absence of social welfare. Its hard-nosed, cynical population of 375 million are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."
The large, corrupt, moralistic government concentrates mainly on Law & Order, although Defence and Commerce are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 22%, but much higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Uranium Mining.
Artists are jailed regularly and art-burning parties are common, "The Daily Sacrifice" is a routine segment of morning news shows, the government seizes all major gold finds, and midnight raids drag couples from their homes in the name of decency. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Kogoruhm's national animal is the ash ghoul, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the dag."
It has five unaddressed issues, which I will leave for you to decide.
