Hello my fellow leaders. I would like to introduce myself and my humble nation of Pact. We are a great people. A socialist nation that holds human and civil rights in high regards. As my people begin to flourish, I wish to find reliable, strong allies for this nation so both our people alike can grow and take advantage of a strong bond between us. I hope that my people, the Pactians are welcomed among you all and I truely hope that there are a few allies in which I and my ministers can befriend. Thank you for your time and attention. No allies? Well this is disheartening. I would think there would be atleast one person in the world that would like to befriend the nation of Pact. Perhaps, I am wrong.

Greetings to you people of Pact. I have taken a mild interest in your proposal. It is mild because, while it is stated that you are a socialist nation, there is little other information given. Who are your leaders of merit? What do your people do to keep your economy strong? How is it that you uphold your civil rights? What are your najor businesses, exports and etc?

Benderland: Your offer is greatly appreciated and noted. We would love to trade with your great kingdom. Thank you for your response. I look forward to this opportunity and possible friendship.


Sakkra: Greetings. Thank you for your interest, although mild. Currently, our nation's economy is fragile. Morally, we don't believe in the bindings of capitialism. There is no private ownership and big business has no standing in the government. Our government is comprised of the President(myself), the cabinet (The Council of Ministers), Parliament, the Supreme Court of Law and our ambassador to the UN. Our chief leaders hold positions in the cabinet and are as follows:
- Minister of the Economy- Sir Edward Walls
- Minister of Military and Defense- Riley Othen
- Minister of The Peoples- Lady Felicia Rasmen
- Minister of the Enviornment- Nicholas Baine
- Minister of the Law- Supreme Justice Carls Fill
- Minister of Industry- Erica Sobaine
- Minister of Foreign Affairs- Joseph Millers

They are trusted people and elected through our democratic process as we believe strongly in democracy. As for my peoples' civil rights, they are upheld by laws passed by our 100 member Parliament, such as the recent passing of a law that declares that nudity is not a crime and that everyone has the right to publicly display their bodies in a tasteful fashion without being arrested. It is also the general concensous among our 7 million citizens that everyone has and is entitled to their rights. As for business, our major industry is Fishing and the Automobile industry but this is in a very very small private sector. We also export Uranium.

This information has proven pleasing to the Emperor. It has been authorized that A trade treaty could be effected, as our major export is Information Technology, which dominates the private sector.
