It says "developing"... is that better or worse than "reasonable", which i had before?

Developing is the term used for Third World Countries... So no.

Compared to Crimmond being Frightening for about 10 months... you don't HAVE an economy.
Even from your perspective, it's pretty damned poor.
I would suggest screwing the enviroment and building up as much industry as you can with your issues.
Developing is a few steps above imploded.
You have to balance buisiness with civil rights and enviroment. Strong econ often means deforestation, deregulation of prvate enterprise, and such, which may result in horrible civil rights and econ ratings.

I pulled off my great civil rights and economy by first getting the industries whatever they wanted(therefore the Frightening economy) and kept that up for a month or so after I got Frightening and then I boosted civil rights as much as could(without boosting political rights though... I am an Imperialist nation, after all.)

As long as I have "superb" on both civil rights and political freedoms, I dont care how bad my economy is :D
But I shall try boost it up WITHOUT loosing civil rights or political freedoms...
I think thats possible, taking advantages of the many practical solutions to the issues...
For an example, I can try giving the poeple more direct controll over where the taxes are going to... Hope that will turn out nice :D
I have Good civil rights and an All-Consuming economy.
The game is biased toward capitalism, to say the least. Letila may have a "poor" economy, but it has no social classes. Freedom and equality are what really matter.

To say that capitalism is the most free society is the most lame thing I have ever heard.

It's not biased towards capitalists when you can have a 100% tax rate and a frightening economy. Actually, that sounds exactly the opposite to me.
But that aside. I have a frightening economy, 3 billion people and the largest furniture restoration and wood chipping industries in the world. Is my economy OK? What do you think?

You don't to have high levels of civil and political rights to have a good economy. Look at me, my people are treated like scum and I still maintain a Frightening economy, but that could be because I dismiss all the I issues I get. 8)

you could just turn them off if you feel like dismissing each and every one, ya know.
