The article headlined most Hauptland media circuts, and crossed the major news programs of many German nations; "Hauptland Withdraws from United Nations, Nuclear Disagreement."
"The Hauptland Kaiser, Jurgen Fleischer, announced today that the Hauptland Reich would be withdrawing from the United Nations. The dictator stated the UN's policies were becoming far too personal, too major, and far beyond the ideals of a successful dictatorship. The abortion act forced the Haupt people to temporarily comply with a law stripping women of their right to decide the condition of their very own bodies, and the act currently under discussion, concerning the dismantling of nuclear weaponry, was the final straw according to the Kaiser himself, who released this statement:
'In a world of survival of the fittest, in a land where ones very survival depends on the extent of their technology, and unfortunately, their firepower, there must be no limit to ones ability. As of this day foreward, Hauptland will not comply with any law proposed by the United Nations, even if it means declaring independence from the region of Germany.'
Only several years ago did Hauptland begin demolishing their famed rainforrests in order to excavate mass amounts of uranium for the future construction of nuclear power plants and weaponry. This therefore leads some to believe that Hauptlands opposition of the anti-nuclear act stems from their healthy supply of uranium, which provides billions of euros a year from international trade, and will one day be the building blocks of a very substantial military."
