I'm looking to start an international terrorist alliance, however, something substantial. Not like these peuny, unorganized, ooc bashing groups you see today.
Though extremely menacing IC, I'd like all activity between allied and enemy nations OOC to be very friendly. The organization of the alliance, still unnamed, will be done via telegram and or here on the forum.
Modern tech, and regardless of size, anyone who is intelligent and fair in their rp is welcome. As for the nations we strike, the ic events must be discussed OOC with the nation, who must be a willing participant.
I want to have some fun with this, I want everyone interested to have some fun with this, including the victims ( who are infact, so much more. )
So as stated above, friendly ooc terms = intelligent, fair, FUN RP.
