Cyberutopia

((I'm trying to make this a serious Academy, unlike most of the II ones. I'd also like this to go somewhere, so developed characters are a plus, with some buddies to play filler (and comic relief, heh) maybe. But it's really up to you. And please tell me if there is a class you think should be added.))
The first pink tendrils of dawn's light touched upon the tiny Far Eastern island of Hokkaido. They seeped through the streets, into windows, glinted off of the glass of the urban landscape carved into the mountainous surroundings, ousting the darkness from the land in their daily crusade.
The feathers of warmth penetrated the obstacle course of concrete and steel long enough to dance upon a fair face within the complex that served as the staging area for the most fabled of the Cyberutopian military, the Agents.
The beautiful young face belonged to Agent Eighteen, as she was known to the public, her true and preferred name being Elfira D'nan. She was heiress to the legacy that was the grand Colonel-Commander of Aelosia who held the same name, and tried her best to live up to the high calling. It took it's toll.
She was the pride and joy of the military, their ultimate weapon. She was the first full psychic that Cyberutopia had ever been home to. A bittersweet blessing.
Elfira stirred momentarily before opening her shining slate eyes to stare at the low ceiling of her spartan room. She had been shook from murky half-dreams of loneliness to the crystal clear reality of the desolation that consumed her life.
Forcing herself to sit up from her warm sheets, she set off to flood her miseries with activity. She began to slip out of bed with feline grace, but a dark stab of pain stopped her. She glanced at her shoulder from which the ache emminated, and sighed dejectedly. The dark mass of scar tissue that marred her fine skin would never heal, and the pain would never dissipate and let her free from the horrendous things she had done. The Agent moved her hand to knead it, working out the tension in her shoulder and the muscles below it.
An intricate series of miniscule glyphs covered her shoulder in an attempt to mask the great wound there, and crept down her flank to end with a delicate flourish. Elfira traced the ancient symbols slowly, feeling the raw power that her slim body contained. After the short bout of meditation, she finally lifted herself from the bed, her shoulder feeling lighter and easier to wield. With the sudden movement came mutiny from her silky hair. She pushed a few of the silver strands out of her eyes and behind her pointed ears before setting about preparing for the day. Another day of training, another day of lectures, another day of loneliness.
---
High Commander Agent Four lounged in a plush chair in a finely adorned room, the most socially inclined of the rooms within the compound.
Elfira strode in and smiled at him. "Good morning, Taeko."
"Morning Eighteen." The grizzled soldier replied offhandedly.
The younger Agent stared at him for a moment. He usually beratted her heavily for forgoing his numerical designation. Only when he was deep in thought would he let it pass.
"You're thinking about something important. Are you going to tell me, or do I have to infiltrate your mind?" She quipped half-heartedly.
"I'm thinking about another school."
The Elf groaned. "I'm not going to another school, you're too hard–"
Four cut her off with a wave of his hand. "Not to attend...to create. I want to learn about other nation's fighting styles. And in return, they can learn from us."
"Yeah...I guess. It's different, at least." Elfira remarked with a shrug, plopping into a chair similar to the Commander's.

The Unified Socialist Republic of Cyberutopia is starting a school for the purpose of educating others in the finer points of Military Arts. This is a very specialized school, focusing heavily on small squad combat and individual skills, and not large scale military confontations. All classes are taught by members of the Cyberutopian Special Operations Infiltration, Extraction, and Termination Team (CSOIET [pronounced so-et] Team), more popularly known as the Agents. We ask that only competent men and women are enrolled, and preferrably those showing a great potential in one or more fields of combat.
