The nations of Allanea and Feline have worked out the treaty below via telegram.

1. Allanea and Feline commit themselves to non-agression towards one-another.
1a. This is forfeited if Allanea attacks the UnAPS or Feline attacks the Ali'Staan Accord
2. They acknowledge that differences on firearms will not dampen their friendship and alliance. They agree to disagree.
3. They recognize that the fates of the Allanean and Cat beings are indivisable and bound, and celebrate this bondage.

This was proposed by the Feline government as a way to mend fences, so to speak, after the hard-fought war between the UnAPS, of which Feline was a member, and Allanea.

(OOC: King, in the way it is used as a title in Feline=elected and easily recalled if needed President-For-Life- some stability was needed in our political system with all except the King and judges, who serve life terms, serving one-year terms.)
