"Welcome to Happy Island. This will one day be a large, powerful region. We will never lose sight of the fact that this is a GAME, therefore it will be a fun region. When there are enough members, we shall recruit an army, and to pass the time, we shall have trivia quizes, and tell jokes."
I am Monk Business, and you may know of me, as I have advertised for a bunch of regions in my time. this one is the best of them all, however. We want many people to join (especially UN nations) and to become larger.

I would also like to tell you that the region of Trump Tower is an awful sick place and they elect really lowsy delegates.
