Trading, like Political Anouncments and Conflects, are held on the forums (here), although most is done in the International Incidents Board, it is role played out. For information on how to roleplay, go to International Incedents.
Also, publisizing my region, you can always go to The Commonwealth Virginia, join, and sign up at the forums of the URL given in the regional information, the forums there you can ask any question you want and are garenteed a responce in less than 24hrs. TCV likes to keep a friendly reputation so everyone who is online when you post the question, will more than likely answer it very quickly.
