i have proposed a resolution for Nuclear Weapon Revenue. The world has a total budget on nukes and it is split evenly among each nation. Each nation has teh exact same amount of money to spend on nuclear weapons. This decreases the possibility of war and increases security. One nation can't dominate because every other nation has just as many nuclear weapons. Think: it would be ideal! It wouldn't be like real life where the US dominates with threats of nuclear weapons; every nation has the same amount of money. Please approve of it.
as a response to that well then what about terrorists? whats with all the ideas about increasing nuclear weapon budgets and such? this way terrorists can't get their hands on too many nukes as well
