i need a smaller military contractor. my economy is not big enough yet to build that big of a military, so i will need some help with my army.

In its simplest form:

Take 1.5% of you populations.

So: Your nations population / 100 = 1%

then times it by 1.5 then you have you basic military amount.

So: ((your pop/100)*1.5)

Then just divide it up however you want :wink:

Well, what kind of military do you want? A Soviet Era army, complete with T-90s and Hinds? Or a modern US Army with more Abrahm tanks than you could shake a stick at? Maybe even an ultra-futuristic army with lasers and spaceships and what not.
