Sino looks to join an anti-drugs alliance/operation
The Armed Republic of Sino is a conservative, warmongering nation that loathes illicit drugs as it demoralizes the population and disrupt the social policies of National Discipline.

Drug traffickers have been a real problem in Hanren (Dairen) Xiaguo will gladly open up an Illegal Drugs Alliance to help say NO, to DRUGS!
Then wage a war against some Coloumbian cartel or something like that.
It'll be easier & you won't run the risk of losing.

My nation is the protectorate state of Colombia. We have been having a little bit of a problem holding down the drug trade flowing into the former parts of the United States.
The autonomous Colombian government has asked for help from Lexington (our nation's capital) and international allies to solve this current situation.
A Special Task Force, the Swimming Tigers have been despatched into the Gulf States. The task force, trained to combat terrorists and gangs are capable of bringing down these drug problems.
The force contains 77 units with high tech equiptment. Three trained special task force dogs have also been transported over with the task force to help detect drugs and such within airports, and naval ports.
The Xiannese International Funds have passed the 8-ATGS-22 Bill which will give 1.7 billion Xin Hua Bi's to the Gulf States to combat the illegal drug traffickers. Some equiptment is also given to the Gulf States.
