Greetings my fellow rulers.
I am the Prime Delegate of the Commonwealth of Volosh.
I am here today to talk about the possibility of an alliance with my small but powerful nationstate. Our pizza delivery service is second to none and our Hippy and Wierdo bashing military has triumphed over the previous non-autocratic, free-thinking, pot smoking, wierdo-hippy, beauracracy. I am willing to hire out troops for the subjugation of other nations that are not affilliated with me or my (future) allies, in return for payment in the Commonwealth of Volosh native currency, the human digit.
