The Republic of Calcan, as you may know, elects a parliment, which then elects a Controller. The Controller has absolute authority, but can be overruled by a unanimous vote of parliment. If this ever happens, he is removed from office, and a new parliment must be elected to elect a new Controller.
Now, this has happended, and a new Controller, Aon Asag, has been elected.

And on the fifth, we must practice rational realpolitik to bring more people under my rational rule." said Aon Asag.
