OOC: ok i just wrote a nice sized intro and it got deleted so basically i used to play this a lot under the nation Talimaka i was in the Allied Powers with the likes of Sambizie. So dont look down on me cus im small and unstable at the moment.

Attention all nations the small yet capable nation of Rabid Monkey Fish is preparing to show its potential might in an opening ceremony aimed at making alliances and pulling the nation out of the industrial quagmire.
A ceremony will be held unveiling the nation its top people its armed forces and its industries. There will be a time for formalities within the day and after dark there will be a small party to celebrate a new begining.
Invitations will be sent out after response to this message there will be restrictions placed as there will only be room for a few geusts at each hotel.
