With the recent formation of Germaniraq in the area formerly known as the "Bloody Row", there is much speculation about what will become of this once forgotten area of the world. It is rumored that several established countries are considering expanding their lands to include area in the newly formed "The Terrorist And Dictator Row", along with rumors of more treaties and pacts between the many remaining tribes and factions in the area to form new countries in The Terrorist And Dictator Row. Sources say this will soon be a haven for large and small terrorist groups, Nazi groups, nations with oppressive dictators, and misfit nations rejected by the rest of the world, all set on world domination. Germaniraq's leader, Sodammi Insani IV, has been noted as saying future nations of The Terrorist And Dictator Row will be welcomed as neighbors, and he hopes to form an alliance with all the nations who become a part of this region. Surprisingly, much of the land in The Terrorist And Dictator Row has not been developed, and is rumored to be rich in natural resources. There is said to be an abundance of oil in the area, and several small uranium deposits are rumored to be scattered around in certain areas of The Terrorist And Dictator Row. Germaniraq has already begun drilling for oil in a handfull of carefully plotted locations.
