Today, in a landmark event, celebrated by the government of the Five Civilized Nations, along with its colonies, The Blood Elves, The Lost Atreides, Swordmasters of Ginaz, and House Ecaz, the Five Civilized Nations has acquired a total of 2 billion citizens (not including colonies). The August Emperor, Leto Crusade, was televised congratulating the 2 billionth citizen of the Five Civilized Nations, a newborn to be named Leto, after the Emperor.
