A New World Arises
It is time those of Underworld Abyss made themselves known to the NS Universe. Our borders are now open for the first time to any that can survive the barren wastelands.
A barren land of many dangers to all living beings. Only the sturdiest of creatures can sustain life upon this desolate land. The other option is to live within the confines of a technologically advanced city that protects those from the dangers.
The region is in need of United Nations Delegateship and is now holding interviews for any that wish to make their home within the region and take on the role.
So no one wants to be the delegate? We have a steady population of 3 nations :P

I'd love to be your regional delegate.
Alrighty. We'll need some UN nation support though. First of all, a little more about the region. It's setup to be a region of active rp'ers and fairly active in the game as well.
The story is that the region is a barren wasteland that is very difficult to survive and hence is sparcely populated. Either you're some sort of tough alien race and can take the conditions, you have superior technology to protect you or you have some sort of fantasy excuse to survive in the region.
It's also upon what I'll call a hell mouth, basically a weak point between the demon/human realms. Hence my presence in the region. I'll get the other two nations to post a little about themselves soon.
Sith-Morden

Sith-Morden is able to sustain a population within the barren lands of Underworld Abyss through the use of advanced technologies. Each city is walled off from the hostile environment outside and are very sterile places.
Business conglomerates run rampart, always creating new and better technologies that seem to serve no purpose but everyone wants. Many funds are placed within genetic engineering and android research. The population mainly consists of humans, some of which have created synthetic vegetation areas to remind those of what the ancient past was like.
Emperor Rahl is a rarely seen, mysterious man that is said to be involved in many activities that even the money hungry business CEOs wouldn't stoop to.
Some have commented that it is actually safer to live outside the walls of the cities than in. They recieved their wish.
Noxious Cloud

The creatures of Noxious Cloud survive the land of Underworld Abyss through sheer will and endurance. They have travelled through space for many millenia and have finally found a place where they can consume living creatures.
These creatures are by far the things to be feared outside the walls of the Sith-Mordenian walls. Although there have been many attempts, the NC's are unable to penetrate the modern defenses and so they settle for anything that is stupid enough to venture outside.
NC's live for one purpose. To further the race. They absorb worthy creatures into their own gene pool, always creating new breeds. This results in a varied range of lethal creatures.
