Abu-Dhabi Khristatata

High Grand Admiral Quin Izumi, leader of the nation of Abu-Dhabi Khristatata, the 'Founding Father' of Khristian culture, looked out from his booth into the room as the process began. The programs he had begun hundreds of years ago had come a long way, and this was not the first time he had sat in a booth like this one, no it was only one of countless times, but this time it was extrordinary.
Yes... My plans, goals, and ideals have changed throughout time, but of course, I have changed... He smiled, his platinum hair obscuring part of his face.
"My liege, are you sure you want to go through with this?"
Quin Izumi reached back and grabbed the shirt of the assistant who had just walked up behind him. He turned his head and pulled the startled and frightened assistant down so that his ear was next to his mouth.
"If you ever ask an idiotic question like that again, I'll flay you, personally." And he let the assistant go and went back to observing the sight below that was unfolding.
In the room below his booth, Khristians huddled around a cylinder that lay on the floor. Cables and pipes ran into and out of the cylinder and the monitors on its front flashed vital information to the Khristian doctors and scientists who were huddled around it.
A few feet away from the cylinder, two Khristians also were monitoring vital statistics relayed by cables and pipes, which they controlled from their console.
"The High Grand Admiral says you may proceed."
At the assistant's word, the clustered doctors and scientists around the cylinder moved away and the two controllers at the console started the process that would open the cylinder.
From his booth, Quin Izumi could hear the pumps begin as the fluids inside the cylinder were removed. He remembered at this time what several of the doctors had told him yesterday...
"Are you insane? You want us to open the cylinder tommorow? But the subject isn't fully grown yet. When he emerged he'd physically only be about twelve years old or so."
"Will he retain his memories?"
"Up to that point in his life."
"That's all I need."
Quin Izumi smiled. I'll give them new right eyes when they learn not to argue with me. He looked back down to the room where the cylinder was opening...
The doctors stayed away a few seconds, letting Quin Izumi examine the subject from his booth before moving in to examine him with instruments. As the prodding and measuring began one of the doctors asked the subject a simple question. "What is your name," and the subject responded. "Iatoni Breznakov..."
OOC: By the way, comments are appreciated.
