Baptism of Fire Tournament Signup Thread (FULL)

The Baptism of Fire Tournament is a tournament for teams that will be participating in their first World Cup in World Cup 15. The teams will be able to compete in their first international matches, gain experience, and RP their team for the first time. If you have not already signed up for WC15, but want to, you can do so here (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=141059) (note that the Cup is nearly full, so you might not necessarily be able to get in).
