Constitution-

Every member has the freedom of speech and proposal
Every member can and may run for office
Any member not elected for office will automatically be in the congress
Only governmental officers can speak for C.A.G.E.D. in threads other than the official one
Congress can speak for C.A.G.E.D. in other threads ONLY with the consent of the founder, president, secretary of foreign affairs, or the official attorny
Members should speak in the official forum (when it gets up) and not in the official thread unless speaking for new members This keeps the thread cleaner and easier for newer members

Rules-

Normal members may not speak for the coalition without the consent of the founder, president, secretary of foriegn affairs, or the official attorney
You may not betray the coalition or backstab any of the members
Respect your government officials... you elected them
You must be present in the official thread or official forum at least once a week

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES RESULTS IN EXPULSION!

Elections-

EVERY MEMBER can run for office
Elections shall be held for all offices except Founder
Officers can be re-elected an infinate amount of times
Elections will be held every two months

Admission-

You must ask by wiring me or posting in this official thread, if you post in a serious rp and ask me... well you can guess what i will say
You must have a relativley clean record
You must swear and abide by the rules
You must pass a short test (wired, but not made yet, dont worry about this yet)

Hello. You are probably aware of our past, namely Operation: Righteous Smackdown, in which we declared war on a good portion of the planet. But since that time, we have changed in a great many number of ways. Being a very vocal entity in the international community, we have put down a number of small nations who were wearing pants that they couldn't fill. We would be most interested in membership to C.A.G.E.D. The world needs another alliance like this, especially since the WMNK died.
