today the House concil put forward a motion to Declare war on The Fedral Union, this came to light after the The Fedral Union accused the Dark Empire of Genocide.
the bill also allows the use of Nova Weapons but only on Milltary systems and the use of R.E.D 12 on milltary outpost and bases.
this is a grave day for the empire that for a long time has tryed to stay at peace is now draged into a war with what was once a close ally, at 02:17 GMT the enitre Grand fleet was put on full alert milltary tactical is as we speak drawing up targets to be hit in the first part of the Invasion.
All FTLi's have been ativated stopping all FTL traval into the system with out the use of a Hyperspace gateway or FTLi codes (only given to Allies who join with me) what are changed each day or when compremised.

In other news The Federal Union was banned from the International Mall indefinitly, and all trade through the IM to/from his country is now frozen.
The ban is indefinite, and may be retracted once the current conflict ends. However a permenant WMD Purchase ban is now in effect, normally we do not interfere with buying/selling on the IM, but we feel this measure is needed to help ensure national security.

the Invastion core exited hyperspace at the target, all 1676 ships opened fire with out warning targeting the shipyards and defending ships, a deverstation volloy of Anti matter torpedos and Black hole torpedos hit the area with out warning followed by barrage of weapon fire.

I also did a little research. The Eclipse Star Destroyer, which Fedral Union (& Co?) claim to have 10 have, has a crew of 700,000 and 150,000 troops. The Executor Star Destroyers, of which there are 10 listed, each have a total crew of ~281,000. That comes out to 10 million personnel required to man those twenty ships. And thats assuming I didn't miss any.

All of Gronde's 4 Forgeworlds were completely active and began cranking out war materials. The Imperial Fleet was prepared and the pool of soldiers fullfilling their 2 year compulsery military service were put onto active duty. Halfway between the Fleets of CorpSac and The Fedral Union

Two Battlecruisers and a Destroyer with markings that designated them as Indra Prime Warships dropped out of Hyperspace and settled to a stationary position and sent a communication to the lead vessels of both CorpSac and The Fedral Union. The Message was also copied to all the other flagships in the region who were engaged in this conflict. To prevent this arrival of several hardened battle vessels the three vessels maintained minimal shields and left the weapons offline to show the that the Indra vessels bore no ill will towards either side.

Admiral Halsey looked out at the Slayer, she was nearly complete. And her completion would signal a bold new era of CF space warfare. "If only the Premier was here, and not this Nazi Arsehole" Halsey thought to himself. As if on cue, Furher Gustav called him into a teleconfrence.

"Halsey, how is the construction going? I want the fleet ready for the big push." Gustav said, a small camera recording his every motion and displaying it upon Halsey's personal computer.

"Just got to put the finishing touches upon her, paint and such, sir. Don't worry. The Slayer will be ready for your 'big push', you don't have to worry about that at all. I'm more concerned about the rest of the fleet. We've refitted two of the dreadnoughts with the Grondean shields, but I feel that we should stop refitting the rest of the fleet until the war is ended. We need those ships in fighting condition, not lying in peices at the shipyards awaiting refits. We need the fleet active if we hope to attack the enemy." While Halsey hated the new government, he was powerless to do anything. <ooc: for the time being> He knew that he couldn't afford to be at less than optimum stregnth with the coming war.

"Yes, of course. You know best in these things, I suppose." Gustav replied. He was being civil and agreeable, two things that were very out of character for him.

Halsey left, and began planning with his admirals. A few hours later, the meeting was adjourned. The plan was to split the fleet and attack three seperate TFU colonies at once. The MI divisions would arrive pending a fleet victory, and establish rule over the colonies. Other colonies with heavier defenses would be bypassed, leapfrogging the way to the TFU capital.

Halsey looked out at the Slayer through the thick ClearPlast window. Someone at the docks had taken it upon himself to paint two bright red streaks across the ship. This warpaint was entirely fitting, thought Halsey. It was, after all, the most powerful warship ever constructed by the Central Facehuggerian people. Halsey looked at it and sighed. The fleet split up into three groups; ten massive dreadnoughts each accompanied by a supercarrier, thirteen destroyers, and twenty heavy cruisers. Leading the primary group would be the Slayer, leading the second group would be the tiny, 200 meter Supernova, and leading the third group would be the Refitted Dreadnought CFV Vengeance.

CF ships may be expensive in the extreme, but they were built to last.

The Supreme Admiral sat at his office on the R13:1 flagship, The Dragon of the Sea, and looked at the current data approaching Fedral Union territory. The Command Assault Force, Illumination, the center of the massive SuperFleet, of which this vessal is a part of, will be heading straight for the capitol planet. "What?" the Admiral thought allowed. "This can't be right." Why would the Illumination Force break off from the other Forces?

The SuperFleet was made up of five main Forces, the Command Assault Force, about the size of a normal fleet. The Alter of Earth, with the Habakkuk as its lead ship, is about the size of a small fleet. The Alter of Air, which is the largest of the four smaller forces, ironically, with the West Ponente as its lead ship, is smaller than a normal fleet, but is a tiny bit larger than a small force. The Alter of Fire is the smallest Strike Force, with St. Teresa as its lead ship, is a bit smaller than the Alter of Earth. The final strike Force is The Alter of Water, with Piazza Navona as its lead ship.

The maps said that the Alter's of Science Strike Force (everything but the Illumination Command Force) would go in with the rest of the invasion force, while the Illumination would go take the Capitol Planet. "No!" the Admiral yelled. "I'm changing this!" Supreme Admiral Galileo Herkyavich, the son of the Commander-in-Chief of the Derscon Naval Forces, marched in to the comm room. It was a loud ceremony, the Christening of the Slayer. People cheered and cheered as the champagne bottle, launched from a railgun, shattered upon the prow of the battleship. Seconds later, the ship left the moorings and moved under its own power. Within minutes, she had cleared the constraining scaffolding that had obsructed her. She moved to the fleet rally point, fully prepared for the fight that lay ahead.

When the Slayer joined the fleet, the entire formation split into the three predefined groups. They all activated their hyperspace drives and entered quasi-space. In an hour, they arrived (undetectably I might add) at their destination. The plan had been changed. The entire fleet was to move to the rally point with the Derscon forces, hoping to make a knockout strike at the TFU capital.

To the crew, it appeared as though only a moment had passed between they entered the green light, and emerged into the inky blackness of space.

They emerged at the rally point and sent a highly coded message to the Derscon fleets:

The Dragon of the Sea


Admiral Herkjavich was in the comm room when he recieved the transmission. He ordered the officer on duty to send the "aknowledged" response and headed off to the radar/sonar room. the Dragon of the Sea was the largest, most powerful, and most technologically advanced ship on the Derscon fleet. Of course, everything, including the very existence of the ship, was classified. The Dragon of the Sea immediately turned on its "cloaking" device, which really transported the whole ship in to the fifth dimension, so no radar or sonar could detect it, because it quite literally wasn't there. The radar and sonar on the Dragon of the Sea was powerful enough to go through the multiple dimensions of space, as there had to be someway to detect the Dersconian Empire without flying right past it. According to all the Dersconian Intelligence reports, the radar and sonar on the Dragon of the Sea was the only one ever created to penetrate all dimensions.

The sonar/radar/everythingelsethatwasinhere room was often called "The All Seeing Eye," in reference to the fact it could "see" everything, and the battle group it was in, Illumination. Coming, of course, from Illuminati.

The Admiral looked at the screen and saw the CF forces approaching. "Heh," he said to himself. "That is one small fleet."

"Small, sir?" the one operator said. "That is a huge collection of ships, sir."

"I guess I've been here too long," Supreme Admiral Herkyavich said. The CF forces were about three-quarters the size of the Derscon superfleet. God, Herkyavich said to himself. If WE are bigger than the collection of CF forces, and this is just ONE fleet, how big is the ENTIRE Derscon Space fleet?!? His eyes widened at the thought. Now wait a minute, he thought to himself. There is a reason they call us the SUPERFLEET. Eh he thought, arguing to himself. We ARE still a fleet. It is all about intimidation. Just say we are one fleet; the enemy sees us, thinks all the fleets are this size, and runs. Like hell he reponded to himself inside his head. My God! What is my problem! he thought with a dumbfounded look on his face. I am arguing with myself inside my head! He hit himself upside the head, proceeded to shake his head, and headed to the bridge.

IC: Admiral Mertens considered the Derscon message for a moment, and then resolved to send Rear Admirals Bryant and Simpson over to the Derscon flagship. They would coordinate with the Derscon fleet for maximum effect upon TFU forces. A single Avatar class transport left the Slayer's docking bay carrying the two rear admirals. It sent a highly encoded message to the Derscon forces:

A faint shimmer, resembling the effect of oil upon water washed over the four kilometer legnth of the Slayer as her shields went back up. One never knows when the TFU forces may attack.

OOC: My fleet may be small numerically, but they are very expensive and big (the smallest capital ship I have at this battle is 1 kilometer long.) So I can't have too many. :wink:

I am making a formal request for the allies of CorpSac to withhold their fire until there can be a channel of communication can be opened with the nation of CorpSac, Indra Prime, and The Fedral Union.

TFU can not be trusted, saying we commited genocide with no proof (and yes i admit in my dark age 3 of my systems automated defence system did blow up there suns but that was Arenumberg fualt i did warn her that if she didnt leave the automated would do there jon (its to stop my tech falling into the wrong hands))
Also TFU tryed to mess with the time lines and thats something the Dark Empire feels is stupid (and childish(sp?)) and also walk out on the starting peace talks befor it could be made offical. he does not want peace (he just wants to sit there sulking) so if thats how he feels then thats what we will give him right boys and girls

The Confederacy of Rebel States of South are going to be in on the action. A debate in our capitol today is determining who we should go with. An answer in maybe 5 minutes.

TFU ignored the grounds for this war. Therefore, he isn't going to respond. That's why I have devised an ignore-proof plan that will get us what we want (a war). Just wait. I'll try to telegram you the details.
