Yes, the host starts it. The committee [Rejis, CS, Spaam, Bedi, me; as far as I can remember] will decide on the host shortly after 0000 GMT this Saturday.
Alright guys don't respond until the host is chosen, If Vilita & TBF are the hosts I will start a new thread uncluding the 2 nations that have already signed up , anyone who posts after this will not be included and will have to re-sign up
