Baureus, a new nation only a day old, is starting its first elections to take over the temporary police government.
Elections will be held in four states, namely Tishi, Northern State, Southern State and the Municipility.
There will be many poltical parties running, but it will all core down to three parties:
The Police Force: Ruling coalition, but has few issues to address.
The Baureusian Democratic Alliance: Headed by poltical critic James Fernando Green Geralds, it supports democracy.
Coaliton de Democratic:Led by George Graham, this party is the BDA ' s closest competitor. Opinion polls are now pointing to a slim victory for this democratic party.
Campaigning is starting soon.
The General Election will begin in early June. It will last for 10 days.
