Liverpool England

We're working out last details but this is what I know:
-LE does all the qualifying scores; GZ does all the tables
-Finals: LE does all the scores; however GZ does LE's scores
-KPB Rankings
-I'll be using leagion for the Qualifying Rounds; and prolly a spreadsheet for the finals

-RP bonus: Rank decrease [better rank] of 0.5 for every good RP; however too many RPs will result in a rank increase of 1 per additional RP.
The maximum number of RPs for a single matchday is THREE [3].

STRENGHTS
-Both vets; one is a WCC member and hosted WC10
-Guess what! Our bid nick is LEGZ! :P ;)
-Not really many strenghts, but I'm hoping we can do something good.

WEAKNESSESS
-LE has put in a bid in every cup since WC7
-GZ will be away most of the time in the finals; hence he only generating my scores.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Formula:
Qualifying:
Leagion 0.04, which is a simplified WC13 formula - if ((Math.random()*1000)-(892+adv-(at.rank-ht.rank))>1) {home++}
adv is 10 if =home_adv or =2legs is specified
if ((Math.random()*1000)-(892-(ht.rank-at.rank))>1) {away++}
ten attacks
ht is home team, at away team

Final Rounds:
To be decided.

Why you should vote for LEGZ:

1. Good mix of experience and potential. I have hosted a WC before. I know what it takes. And I think LE has what it takes. He's a vet. Give him the chance to host.

2. Expect us to bring back the fun things we missed in the old World Cups, as well as introducing new things to make the World Cup the ultimate NationStates footballer's dream.

3. In conjunction with the Giant Zucchini FA, the Giant Zucchini Broadcasting Corporation will release The Homecoming, the highly awaited sequel to The Green Mile, if the bid goes through. If the bid does not, then another sequel will be planned, but cannot be confirmed to be released in time for WCXV.

More to come...Remember, vote for LEGZ!
