Hey can anyone reccomend a great region with lots of active members
Yeah go to the Southern Ionic Canvas. It is small but pretty lively. It is really cool, a lot of friendly people.
It is better than the bigger regions because you are an actual person rather then just another statistic.

I would like to recommend the beauteous world of Eness III (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/90996/page=display_region/region=eness_iii_a)! 13 Members, all active, several RPing. Why do I recommend it? Because I created it, of course!
I may be partial, but the Western Lands of Armadia is a new and growing region, and we're always ready to admit new nations :)
