Prologue
Carson Beach, Holy Mercenaries
A car sped down a road. Several cop cars followed, sirens blaring. The car took a sharp right turn at the intersection, but the cops kept on going straight because they didn't see the turn in time. An Old Threat Returns
A Cold War Between Nanakaland and Holy Mercenaries
The phone rang. President Michael J. Smith of Nanakaland picked it up and said, "Hello."

"Hello," the person on the other end replied. Remember our old rivals of Holy Mercenaries?"

"Yes I do," the President replied. "Our allies and we pounded them into submission when they tried impressment of Nanakan and LoD sailors. We demilitarized them for a while and occupied them, too."

"That demilitarization period has long expired," explained the person. "They have since rebuilt their entire military."

"I don't blame them," commented Smith. "They are a mercenary nation after all."

"Yes, but they'll planning something big," the person said. "Too secret to say on the phone. Go to the NIA headquarters ASAP."
