Okay the idea behind this is that alot of people either get upset or confused when you pull out some concepts like telepathy or telekintics or runes. So this was made for various nations to post concepts that are inherent to their nation's denizens.

I'll start it off:

Telepathy: Is the ability of a person or being to either read, control, or reconstruct the mind of another person or being.

Telekinism: Is the ability or property of a person or being to control the movement or actions of another person, being, or thing with only the proweress of their mind.

Magnetism: Is the ability or property of control or influence over an item containing metallic property or attributes.

Pyrokinetics: The ability or property of a person or being to control and create fire through the proweress of their mind.

Metamorph: A person, being, or thing which has the ability or property of shape-changing at will.

Magician: A person or being who can control the inherent lines of power in the Worlds.

Okay get the point, good go for it. :)

OCC: My entry deals with the ancestory of my nations people and a few of their attributes.

The people of Beautifulpeople are decended from exiled Fae. They are etheral in apprence, so much so that when dealing with other people they have to cover themselves. Besides that they are strong empaths and so their covering has the added benefit of partially shielding them from the emotions and memories of others.

A fae is a creature who is categorized as an elf, fairy, nymph, etc.

An empath is able to feel and experience the feelings and the memories of others.

OCC: Um...is that how you do it?

OCC: My entry deals with the abilities of my nation's leader and her citizens.

IC:
Layline: A point and/or line of great energy and power.
Kythe: A deeper form of empathy, in which the very core of a person, being, or peoples is touched.
Dimension: A particualr reality with it's pecularities and attributes.
Time/space continum: The spoke of all the various dimensions and time streams.
Tessert: A 'wrinkle' in time in which travel is conducted through the ompression of time and space by way of the theoretical fifth dimension.
Slip stream: A method of accelerating the physical or metaphysical through an intense concentration of the mind and bioenergies.

Planatary Utopia: An above First World nation or city, where crime is non-existant, all needs are met and people are generally happy. This is usually only apparent while the rest of the world goes to hell and you have it good.

Toasting: The act of incinerating some large object or objects, such as a moon or solar system.

Carson Daly: Slang for a total genetic failure.

Magic China: The most notorius nation this side of Perrier, to pull a MC is to deny that you are the only person left in your nation, which has a population of you and ten thousand cockroaches carrying shards of radioactive glass.

Most of my terms have already been stated: telepathy, telekinisis, layline, etc. However there are more.

Nano-tech: Technology on the mircoscopic level.

Retrovirus: A programmed virus used primarily to combat other viruses.

E-gene: Anything biologically based which has been specially engineered in some way or form.

Chilobe: A humide who contains extensive cybernetics within their heads.

Doglap: Any mutant or humide turned mutant who has been cored so as to be nothing but a puppet.

Cored: Having had all signs of individual thought, memory or action erased from your mind thus leaving you an empty puppet.

Shinma: A demon of godlike powers or a god with demonlike attributes. Amoral in behavior most of the time.

Shadows: Spirit assasins pressed into labor through a complicated set of rites.

Knights: Name for the armed forces of Niobi. They are divided into several groups designated by color. There is also another group which can fly.

Angel: A creature of unknown origins with undetermible goals.

I have more but I can't think of them... whatever I'll post back.

Mogolian: Outdated term referring to a person labled as an idiot.

Staff: A worker who has no purpose except to fight for his owner.

Rechab: A convicted criminal who has been mutated into a police tool. They retain their memories and most of their minds, but are fragmented mentally with a built in chip for control.

Slide: Transportation method involving a brief transit through no-space.

No-space: A theoretical location where the region of physics does not exist in the least.

Worm: A mechanical spyware located in the body of it's target.

Alright so I'm not accused of actual Godmoding.

Digital: 1.)Anything refering to the digits i.e. to the fingers and/or toes.
2.)Anything which uses numers or refers to the use of numbers.
3.)Anything which is technological or which is related/refers
to technology especially the internet.

Astral Plane: The theoretical plane of existence beyond the physical in which the energies of the mental and spritical aspects of humanity, etc. combine to affect the various planes of the world(s), dimensions, and time/space continum.

The Wired: The digital world as expressed by the internet where the inner, secret self of humanity is shown.

Protocal:1.)An established procedure made to deal with a senerio.
2.)A subroutine which inhances the working of a particular digital
task.

Protocal 7: The hidden subroutine that is slowly blending the boundary
between worlds.

The Witnesses:The two 'people' who are destined to watch the end of the world and continue on ever after as the Witnesses.

Actually a virus a normal, regular, old virus does that. That's how it reproduces. A retrovirus on the other hand acts the virus not the cell. Thus killing the virus and perserving the body.

OOC: Shouldn't an encyclopedia include more data than a few definitions?

IC: NiSora II is the reincarnation of NiSora a nation mistakenly labeled as a Godmoder and pest. NiSora II is relatively quiet in comparsion if only because it needs more people and arms before making it's self known on the World Stage. It has created it's own region and has made several allies. It has created a regional forum called
http://addacceladrop.proboards22.com/. The populous of NiSora do as they're told within reason and buy like there is no tomorrow. Cults are not tolerated usually and conspiracies abound. There are three classes of people. The largest group is the Common who are the general populous, the next largest is the Damned which is made up of criminals, the diseased, those who have displeased the Nobles, immigrants, bastards, monsters, mutants, and classified others. Finally the last class is the Nobles they control all the workings of the nation in some way or another. The Leader of this nation is the Prime Minister Riddrick of the Raine family.
He has no official wifes, but many mistresses and several legal children by the various noble families. He believes in a Sorched Earth policy.

Now onto a few special terms.

Veiled Child:In supernatural terms a baby born with an unusually thick layer on it's face is believed to have special powers conneted to the spirit world.

Marked: A person, animinal, or thing which has some particularity making it special or unique.

Sorched Earth: A military policy which holds that if there is no other way to inflict damage against an enemy than the whole nation can and will be completely destroyed if only to cause minimal damage to said enemy.

Diplomacy: The act of talking to another country before nuking them into oblivion.

Nuking: The act of bombing or striking with nuclear weapons.

Socialism: A system in which the government provides basic needs and where all private businesses are nationalized

Capatilism: System in which private enterprises provide the needs of people

leet: A pervision of the English Language

Che: Argentinian slang for "man" or "dude"

Sergei (pronounced Sir Gay): President of our country, the Island of Rose

Gay: Happy, feeling good

Fag: Cigarrette

Facists: Evil corrupted men that eat babies (I kid I kid)

Feminists: Women that say they want equality, but do not want to accept the bad part of equality, such as working hard

The people of Ancaria are very beautiful bearing a great resemblance to the characters of anime and the fairies of legend. These people are also intellegent, and gifted in the arts of manipulation and oration. The nation is centered in the middle of a great desert under which lies an enormous weath of oil and diamonds. Within the nation it's self is a conglamorate of organic life and nonorganic sources to create a thing never seen before. It is possible to purchase nearly everything especially as alliances and forages into space become more common. It should be noted that the this nation is a warlike one that thrives on conflicts and invasions. Be wary when dealing with this place.

Molotov Cocktail is the creation of several groups of people who decided to finally get over their differences. However to insure that their descendants would not forget their roots and sink into fighting the nation was named Molotov Cocktail. After much growth and living the people have become a uniformily eurasian group with white hair, copper eyes, and a light mocha cream skin tone. The people love money and family with distinctily conservative views therefore social welfare isn't high on the agenda. Foreigners are looked down upon as are those who want to change things.

Some of the terms here are related to race, religion, and genetics.

Molotov Cocktail- A home made bomb consisting of a bottle filled with alcohol or gasoline with a piece of paper stuffed in. The paper is ignited and the bottle is thrown.

Epigenetics- The hidden genome which is what makes identical twins unidentical and which is what 'creates' different racial traits.

The Imprint effect- This is when an enitity places it's idenitity, sense of worth or chances of survival upon another. This often happens whenin prisons, cults, and national movements. It is an illogical practice which is a throw back to an earlier stage of development when babies imprinted upon their mothers.

The recess effect- The explanation for the different races. The way it follows is that from two 'black' people you can eventually get a 'white' person. It works though the process of recessive genes coming into play.

The mortally complex- The idea that religion exist only because people continue to fear death. It goes onto state that in a local where no person fears death no religion would exist.
