Just minutes ago, Military forces around the World have begin one of the largest Military mobilization in World History, RBA and GDODAD have been in talks for some time to stop a Cold war which has lasted For Well over a Year RL!

Well today the Cold War has ended, These to massive World alliances will stand side by side to remove a World wide Common threat from this Earth.

IC: Mobilization came quick and was carried out swiftly. The army was already on the second-highest state of alert due to the impending war with Syskeyia, and several hundreds of thousands of troops, as well as supporting tanks, aircrft and ships were laying in the Brotherhood's military ports. Just fifty minutes after the message came in that the Brotherhood was at last going to war again, the troops, tanks, supplies and supporting personnel began to embark the transport ships. Spysatellites shifted over to Austar Union, and intercontinental missile silos were on the highest state of alert in case of a nuclear attack.

OCC: We Welcome allies from around the World, We welcome The Brotherhood of Nod to this conflict, All forces are being allowed to mass in Dr_Twist Controlled Bulgarian Empire.

At this time the Imperium would like to take the same stance as our ally Doujin. Current military operations prevent us from helping our Concordian ally even if this conflict is deemed to be an interest to the alliance. We wish the nation of Austar Union the best of luck, we believe they will need it.

After intense deliberation, the Five Civilized Nations will declare war upon the nation of Austar Union. For too long have we felt the animosity that Austar Union has exhibited. For too long we have allowed it to run amok around the world. Today, the Five Civilized Nations will assist the other esteemed nation in wiping out this plague, this foul nation, off of the face of this blessed earth.

I'll be blunt Dr Twist... I can't see why you've declared war against Austar Union. From what I've read little has actually happened between the two and no state of war had been declared... of course I'm working with limited information but I will make it clear now that unless I see some better reasoning I will support Austar Union.

Your aggression has been noted in this affair and it will be recorded that your nation is willing to mobilise insane numbers before exhuasting all possible diplomatic routes.

We are pleased that some form of agreement has been reached but this whole affair has been damaging to relations between our nations simply because of your willing to mobilse forces...

We are aware that tensions have been mounting between Austar Union and Mildonia but we haven't seen anything to suggest that this sort of action is required... perhaps you can enlighten us as to why you felt it was important to mobilise forces so readily.

Please let it be noted that as the situation stands we will defend Austar Union with our own forces, this is subject to new information but for the time being we have searched for reasons as to why people feel Austar Union is a threat and we have found none.

OOC: I've been looking for IC reasons for this war and the funny thing is that I've not found anything happening between Austar Union and Mildonia that would suggest any serious issues... most of the real bad stuff has either been ignored or not RPed enough to count yet. I am open to links of things I may have missed but quite frankly I have searched and found nothing to warrent this mess, nothing IC anyways...

OOC: The RBA and GDODAD delcared war against AU for "threatening" Midlonia (this seemed to be the reason they were going to war) and because all of AU's allies decided that supporting him wouldn't be a good idea he was on his own and gave in to pressure. Now he has surrendered but I hope like help he hasn't given anything up otherwise I'm cutting alot of connections with the few nations like liked in the RBA.

I'm curious... how did the RBA and GDODAD get to the state of war over (and correct me if I'm wrong) a plane flying into their allies nations. It wasn't a military plane and Mildonia reacted as any nation in the world would...

However, beyond this incident I didn't see Austar Union mobilising troops for a war with Mildonia, I didn't see any direct hostility between both nations... it's just one incident which resulted in the death of Austar Union officials, no Mildonians were injured in the incident.

So how does a group of alliances turn this incident into a reason to go to war? Honestly, I could understand if this incident was a plot to give Austar Union the justification for war... seeing as they were the ones who suffered loss, but I seriously doubt they intended to make someone else declare war on them... there is nothing worth declaring war over. It's clear that Mildonia was within their right to shoot down Austar Unions plane, but there wasn't any losses on the Mildonian side...

So how did the RBA and GDODAD work out that war was the correct action? Well it would seem to suggest to me that Austar Union wasn't the one who wanted a war, I don't beleive they would be so stupid as use a diplomatic plane to get the others to start a war seeing as no sane nation justifies war in such a way...

Just somehow someone justified a war with:

"They fly a non-military plane into our allies nation, our ally shoots plane down because of lack of communication and the danger is such that we must stop Austar Union from sending more non-military planes for us to shoot down"...

What the hell? So tell me, is this the real reason they threatened invasion? Is this the real reason they were prepared to pit millions of soldiers to their untimely deaths? How the hell can any nations justify a war with this peice of crap?

Now I here that the war has stopped, which is a good thing, hopefully my ally hasn't lost anything more then their ego in this affair. But it shouldn't have ended because of "diplomatic pressure" from nations jumping on the band wagon... it shouldn't have started at all.

Then again, I suppose that GDODAD don't really need to justify a war but I would have thought that Dr Twist and the RBA would have known better...

OOC: Note that Iuthia is fully willing to not support Austar Union if they actually started something, but given all the actual events that have happened I don't see any reason for me not to honour my agreement with AU. If RBA and GDODAD had a good reason and proof that AU really is a serious threat then I probably would have stood aside, but the truth is they didn't... this one of the worst excuses for starting a war I have ever seen.
