Having chosen at random a Facist nation with a really silly name to assault, Nazi Fux stood out. Its name brewed up so much hatred, and its racism and repression were so great that the Commisar for Defence went "pop" and declared war.
Gulag No 443's Army of 21 soldiers and a small cat suddenly transformed into a huge military conglomeration of 250,000 men as well as 12 snarly fat cats.
These heroic and insane soldiers landed on the beaches of Nazi Fux, and immediately headed to secure the nearest towns. The Gulag No 443 navy of leaky armoured trawlers and one battle cruiser stood by nervously, as the Gulag No 443 Airforce were on call, ready to strike...

I will send in an infantry contingent of 12 musketeers and 30 men with rusty pickaxes. It's not much, but the military might of the people of Ultimate Stupidity was dramatically lowered.

When? Everybody knows that you don't have ten thousand rifles, let alone ten thousand weapons. You're too busy slapping chains on your subjects to make weaponry.
EDIT: It's about time! United Armouries of Some First World Country have endorsed Ultimate Stupidity and have sent 500 R-1 assault rifles and the new Heavy Automatic Support Weapon, the HA-2 minigun. OK, it cost a lot, but they were glad to help!
