Widely regarded by all as one of the most serene regions, the Ekkaian Sea continues to be home to an extensive variety of different nations, all of whom live and work together in harmony towards a common goal - the betterment of Ekkaia and peace.
With courage, honour and discipline, the Ekkaian Sea offers a stable environ for all nations to expand, to find their roots and to help to better the Great Realm of Ekkaia. All nations of any political leaning are welcomed here, as long as they promise to obey the tenets of law-abiding society and to do no harm.
As the founding nation - Eldanna, situated in the heart of the Ekkaian Sea amidst a host of glorious white sandy beaches and tropical palms, exerts her protective power and influence over the other devout nations who have chosen to dwell in harmony alongside her; a new Utopia for all Mankind.
The Constitutional Monarchy of Eldanna is a small, devout nation, notable for its stretches of turquoise blue ocean dotted with small islands. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 9 million enjoy great social freedoms and frequent elections, where the majority of the populace regularly votes to increase its benefits at the expense of various hapless minorities.
The large, mostly socially-minded government concentrates mainly on Religion & Spirituality, although Social Welfare and Healthcare are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 19%, but much higher for the wealthy. A large private sector is led by the Automobile Manufacturing industry, followed by Furniture Restoration and Uranium Mining.
Meat-eating is frowned upon, the mining industry is making inroads into environmentally sensitive areas, the eagle is a protected species, and organ donation rates have hit a new low. Crime is relatively low. Eldanna's national animal is the eagle and its currency is the mirian.
