Can I buy a country? I mean my friend's country is only worth $106,300,000,000 and I spend $19,913,266,800,000. I would like to do this just to show him how bad his country is. :P

He has a population of 1,063,000,000 and I have a population of 1,130,000,000 so he didn't just start.

How on earth is a country of a thousand million people worth only a hundred thousand million dollars? Each person plus everything they own/produce is worth only 1/4 of what most 3rd world persons produce in a year?
