Well Kate, I don't think that I'm going to move myself, but I suggest telegramming new countries in the Pacific areas. Often, new countries are eager to go to new regions, but will take some time before finally finding the right one. Although, if you can't get any other countries to join you, you're always welcome in The United Dominion :D . We're kind of small too, currently only three nations, but you're welcome.
