The EOL is researching a new type of cannon for a new type of MBT. What we are looking at is the possibility of an upgraded smoothbore-type cannon or possible an ETC plasma type cannon. However, I know nothing of the capabilities or details of this ETC deal that Soviet Bloc uses on their ST-09 and ST-11 and would like to know if anyone could provide some insight?
