The Kingdom of Timmeria has recently been founded by the Lord Timothy Johnson on the day May 4th, 2004. This doctrine is the declaration of foreign policy of Timmeria to all international presences and states.
1. Timmeria is to be neutral in all militaristic situations unless attacked indirectly or directly by an opposing nation. Allies of Timmeria will receive medical and agricultural supplies during times of war, but shall not directly participate in military supplying or reinforcements.
2. The trading policy of Timmeria includes absolute access to all nations whom are allies. Nations considered non-allies, must go through process of acceptance through the Lord Timothy Johnson himself. Drug trafficking is allowed into Timmeria however, no export drugs from Timmeria can be allowed unless the nation traded with agrees to accept drug trafficking out of Timmeria.
3. The policies of Timmeria are to be respected by all nations as Timmeria shall respect those of all nations. If violations of foreign policy occur, Lord Timothy Johnson and other future Lords of Timmeria are granted "Dea Vera Sala," temporarily. This allows the foreign policy to be modified by that King's own account for six months. Though the people of Timmeria are not allowed to enforce the law, the King's administration surrounded by He are to act as enforcers and are given right to use militaristic power to bring the Lord's power into check.
