My fellow dignitaries,

It is my esteemed pleasure to accept the will of my people and assume the role of leader of the Hhai people, joining all of you on the world stage. I hope to befriend and respect you all, regardless of any philosophical differences we may have. Mine is a message of open dialogue over a delicious meal, not saber-rattling and hostile rhetoric.

My people have selected me to represent them before you all, and I am eager to do so. We have much to discuss, and much to learn from each other.

I would like to thank the distinguished statesmen from Chimaea and Transnapastain for their warm welcome. By the end of this evening, my administration shall have a representative in the United Nations. From there, I see great things for the world with nations such as our own working together.

The Government of Falastur welcomes the nation of Hhai and its peoples to the international community, and wishes it all the best in the future. We place ourselves at your service if you need anything to help your country progress in its early years.

My thanks. It's good to know that the Hhai people have such friends in their neighbors.
