I think we've come to an understanding, no? Now that most of the talk is out of the way, all we have to do is seal the deal. As stated before we are wiling to pay you top dollar right away, and here's a very rough draft of the contract we would like you to sign. Remember, this is a rough draft and you can change anything you deem unsatisfactory.

1. The Resi Corporation will become sole property of The Ministry. While management will stay the same, ********, ******, **********, and ************'s names (all Ministry members) will be on the ownership certificates. Resi Corp's operations will proceed as normal.
2. The Resi Corporation will have exclusive deals in all Ministry nations. This clause is subject to all Resi products, vastly expanding the value in Resi's stock.
3. ********, ******, **********, and ************ will pay the sum of $65 trillion for the purchase of The Resi Corp. Expected turn around on investment: 1-2 years.
4. The Ministry will forcibly protect all Resi assets, whatever they may be.

He took a breath and slid the paper towards the CEO, grinning slightly. It's short, I know, but hopefully it's to the point. If you'd like to expand it, by all means do. I would like to hear any final thoughts that you may have on this.

With that, Damien leaned back in his chair, his grin still showing.

Jai looked at the paper with scrutiny, studying it for fine print. Carefully reading and re-reading the document so as to absorb as much as possible of its contents before adding his signature to the text on the page. This was a giant step for the corporation, he knew it, but it was a step that must be taken to ensure the good of his people, and of course of his money, but at this point money was more of a side note. Ironic for someone who prides himself in being a capitalist, but this was indeed the case.
"I see no problems with this," Jai said, still inspecting the document, "besides, it's best to keep it short as long as it covers all the bases. Keeps the legal departments from finding words to twist around."
He said this last thing with a slight smile.
"Alright, I'll sign. It's a pleasure to do business with you, Mr. Dreadfire."
And with that, Jai signed his name. He watched as the ink dried on the letters "CEO Jai Resi", solidifying the pact that was the Ministry.
((OOC: Sorry I can't make this longer, I'm not in the best place to RP at the moment.))

Dreadfire nodded contently and let out a bellowing laugh. It is done then, we welcome The Resi Corp to The Ministry! I agree that this is a large step for you, but it is also a monumental step for us.

Damien reached over and grabbed a large bottle of the finest whiskey and poured it's shimmering contents into two large tankards. He took up one of the tankards and handed the other to Jai, and he toasted their new union.

Winds, it is a fine day...a fine day indeed. This new deal will bring much prosperity for all of us here in The Ministry, prosperity beyond our wildest dreams. Dreadfire took a mighty swig from his tankard and slammed the almost empty container down on the nearby table.

Now, for our agenda.....

Now, for our agenda.....Chugging a sizable amount of the wiskey himself, Jai brought the tankard down on the table with a thud. The whiskey went down like napalm, the sensation of his insides being on fire invigorating Jai rather than making him yelp in pain as many lower people from his nation would. He had practice with all this in his college days, and although he was a bit rusty (in his prime he could've matched Damion's swig) he managed to drink most of the whiskey.
"Aye, this will be a great era for all of us indeed," he said with a hearty grin to his new "boss" across from him, "D'you want to take care of the economic dealings first, or should we hash out who will be on our list of targets?"

I think for now we should just focus on economics, for it is too soon for major action. Fear not though, our day will come. The Ministry has several other large plans that will be going into effect soon, none of them militaristic.

Dreadfire walked towards the nearby window and peered out at the cloudless sky. Come tomorrow, those people out there will be living in an entirely different world, a world gripped by The Ministry. With our first agenda a success, all we have yet to do is get our other goals in line. Then we can start the purging of heathens.

OOC: Not a good post, but I'm not in a decent place to RP at the moment.

Then we can start the purging of heathens."Indeed," Jai said with a devious smirk, "We may even grow in size and affluence and be comparable to the GDODAD of old. But first, as you said, the economics. Now as I see it you have two possible courses of action now that you own us. You can take a fraction of the surplus that we keep for our own after selling our products and make you a large sum of money, or you could take some of what we would otherwise sell and make less money. How much you want to dip into that is up to you. Of course, we could always build more factories in Defacto Russia and institute forced labor there, but again how many and of what type are up to you. In short, what do you want from us now that this union is underway?"
((OOC: Our store is here (http://members.cox.net/resicorp/) for referencing. Don't make any deals with the weapons yet, as we've been alerted to a couple of flaws with them that need to be fixed. Defacto Russia is actually my puppet, but I RP it as an autonomous military protectorate that houses most of our factories in return for protection from us. It has no offensive military to speak of, just so you know.))
