Polioris News Center (PNC) - Today, the construction of the Polioris Alliance Fleet's flagship hs been completed. The Eclipse-class Super Star Destroyer, which has been named simply The Captain, will serve as the flagship for an already strong Poloris Fleet.

* The Planet-Destroying Superlaser on the Sovereign and Eclipse Star Destroyers is not capable of completely destroying planets. The Death Star's superlaser consisted of eight large superlasers which, when focused into a single beam, was able to destroy planets. The Eclipse and Sovereign have only one of these eight lasers; though, thanks to recent breakthroughs in laser technology, this single laser has two-thirds the power of the Death Star's complete laser. The superlaser is capable of bringing down even the strongest planetary shields, and can level whole continents and sear the planet's surface, but cannot destroy the planet.
We, that is me and the other members of the alliance, had to pool together a large amount of natural resources, and this took many decades to build, but it is now complete, and is arguably the most powerful starship in NationStates.
