Boom! Rat-tat-tat! Verrroom-Bang!

Hosokawa Masami felt like she had just walked into a war zone, fireworks were going off and everywhere people were firing various weapons into the sky. She had been visiting a few friends in the capitol of the Imperial Confederation, Starbridge, when it was announced that the one billionth citizen of the Imperial Confederation had been born.

Immediately following the announcement she saw people pouring into the street, patriotic music was blaring and people were running around like madmen firing everything from bottle rockets to large arms. Looking around she even saw some anti-aircraft guns which firing randomly into the sky. With all explosions going off and the music blasting through the air she felt as though she was about to go deaf and blind if she didn't get off the streets soon.

Masami had been hoping to head back to Mototomari today, but that was ruled out now as all flight were effectively grounded due to the hazardous conditions and reports of several unlucky aircraft being accidentally shot down around the country had been reported on the radio, so she headed for the nearest tavern to join the revellers and party for a while since there wasn't really any other option, and it was certainly safer indoors as a number of people had been injured by shells and other ammunition raining back down from the sky...

“...and then it came to pass that the sons of the Palmer numbered in excess of one billion. This was the era of the great tribulation as decreed by the one most high.” A cloaked figure's baritone voice rang out to a crowd of followers all similarly cloaked.

“Then I saw the grand meeting hall of the Palmites and a number of white doves landed on it and soon more arrived and eventually the sheer weight of the doves caused the hall to collapse. An then I saw the descendant of Judas holding a flaming sword carried into the sky by the doves.

The earth then shook, the skies and the seas turned crimson and then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and every slave and every free man hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. They called to the mountains and the rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the doves! For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?"

I even saw the hawks flee from the might of the doves and the descendant of Judas hurled hail and fire mixed with blood down upon the earth.

All looked bleak for the Palmites and a number fled to the north where the power of the doves and the descendant of Judas did not reach and soon were assisted by many peoples, nations, and kings.

And there was war in the heaven. Birds of all shapes and forms flew into the sky led by a wolf, and the sound of their wings was like the thundering of many horses and chariots rushing into battle. The hawks with the other birds and the doves did fight, and the doves fought back valiantly led by a cobra. But they were not strong enough, and they lost their places in the heavens. The cobra hurled to the earth, and the doves with him.

The way was thus prepared for the Palmites, the kings from the East, and others to return to the site of the great meeting hall. Then I saw the descendant of Judas and his armies had gathered there to make a final stand against the Palmites and their allies. But the descendant of Judas was cornered, then burned alive in the fiery inferno of his gilded palace. The rest of them were killed with the sword of the Palmites and their armies.

At this time the true king of Palmites did return from the island of the fishes and was returned to his throne leading the Palmites into a new era...

...So it is written!”

The cloaked figures then mumered and begun to file out of the room...

As you might be able to glean from the second post I'm planning to have a big and bloody civil war in Patoxia that will be hopefully started after the server move.

The events of this war will be:

Emperor Nicholas Tokugawa leaves to visit Fish Island (a small Patoxia Island in the pacific)

Then there will be surprise suicide attack on the Confederate Congress by aircraft disguised as Patoxian Air Force planes which will smash into the capitol building and then the National Imperial Unity Party will seize power backed by a fanatical cult called the Woya. Then Louis Golbalcheov will be installed as dictator and will start employing repressive measures leading to a civil war.

The northern end of the country should be fairly free and the war will continue for a while and near the end there will be a cataclysmic air battle that will be reminiscent of WWII Germany's Operation Werewolf and then the capitol will fall and Patoxia will begin to rebuild.

The Andaluciaen Supreme Consul watches the Patoxian celebration on television. As his aide enters the room, the Consul says to him, "I see this occuring in Patoxia. I wish to send them a gift. What should we send them do you think?" the aide responds "How about a fruit basket?" The Supreme Consul responds "yes, a massive fruit basket, and a really big piece of cheese, send it now Jones." The aide reponds "yes sir." The aide exits the room to carry out his orders.
