Nations of the world, I come before you! My Name is King Henry Fortino, and I am the current ruler of Tyrac.
After decades of isolation, I am able to declare Tyrac a soveriegn nation.
First, let me tell you about Tyrac's goverment: it is made of of 7 Dukedoms, each with a duke who acts as govener for his dukedom. These Dukedoms are pretty much states, with the Duke as govenor and a state council.
Then, the federal goverment is made up of 3 parts: The Judical, Legislature, and Royal branches. The Judical is the Judges, the Legislature is a congress that runs the nation's internal affairs.
The Royal branch is made up of the King and his advisors. The King is the only person in Tyrac who deals with international affairs. The king serves his life out as the ruler. Once dead, the Dukes then elect one of themselves as the King.
Now that I got that out of the way, let me tell you our plight: Tyrac used to be a kingdom of 21 "states". But, when a revolution overthrew the goverment in hopes to set up a democratic one in 1825, the "states" each became independent. They almost were united when Communism took over 45 years ago. But, under the harsh rule of the communists, the "states" broke away. Now, 15 years ago, my father's revolution destoried the communist goverment. However, only 7 of the remaining 16 "states" flocked to his banner. The other 9 were indpendent from the communists for 10 years before my father led the rebellion. They refused to join him.
Now, they fight constant wars with eachother. Thier people are either sick, starving, or fighting. Almost every month, at least 1 of the "rogue states" crushes a rebellion that wants to reinstate communism, democracy, or join us.
I hope some of you can supply us with some weapons, be they guns, tanks, missiles, or whatever you have exess of.
