Emperor Ryo-Tan:

"Dear people of Neo Earth and the world, I come as the bringer of sad news. Neo Earth is going into isolation.

Neo Earth has become so massive that I spend my entire time with in-state affairs. I have no time for international affairs.

Also, after the recent attempt on my life, which is only one of dozens of foriegn assasins attempting to kill me, we have decided it is to dangerous to maintain a link with the rest of the international community.

So, I now sign off. This is the end."

OOC:Ok, theres a IC reason. Maybe not a good one, but at least it is one.

I have very little time anymore. Between Video games, Warhammer 40k, my girlfriend, and the rest of my life, I have no time to RP anymore. So of you may have noticed that, since over two weeks ago, I had a Civil-war RP going on. It died because I had no time.

So, I am going into retirement. I will not let Neo Earth, nor it's colonies (Neo Havens, Neonic Kieales, New Lands, Okenia, Gonarc, along many others) die. I have already placed them all on vacation mode.

I do hope I still remember this game when it turns 2 (Nov. 13th, right? That's my real birthday, too). Hopefully even to see Neo Earth hit 3 billion. Or to see it make it to Feb.15, 2005 (when it will be 2).

Should I ever find the time (maybe become such a master a CivIII that I can beat the Sid-diffulculty in 3 hours, and get so bored of playing it), I might come back. Maybe even under a different nation.

But, nevertheless, this is the end of the Saga of Neo Earth, a saga that hit it's peak in september, '03. As I have already said, I will maintain Neo Earth.

I will miss this community. While I do believe it's golden age was between feburary and October, I still find that it is alot of fun.

So, without a further ado, I take my final bow...

Well at least your leaving for a valid reason Mr. Bell. 40k, not the girlfriend. Good luck.

OOC I would care, except that I'm a male teenager (I think it's sliced out of our genetic coding). I wish you the best of luck in the real world. Farewell!

OOC: I would care as well, except I'm an adult male, and I forcibly removed that section of my brain. Bye.

Amid the silent, desolate nation of The Dictatorship, the walls no longer baring out enemies, but the sound of happiness and life, the remaining few higher officials of the once strong and proud nation listened with mild interest into world affairs that would never see their borders.

The seemingly unconcerned soldiers shrugged and went back to sulking themselves in the eerie silence of The Dictatorship.

However, the word of Neo Earth's isolation did not go unnoticed or uncared about. The small silent murmer made its way to great people of The Dictatorship, arousing thoughts of interest in those whose opinions were the ones that mattered.

The idea that perhaps The Dictatorship had already isolated itself from the world crossed their minds. The interaction with new nations was little to nil, the expanding of their national borders was obselete....a thought long since dead, and the association of diplomatic leaders of other nations was unheard of. Perhaps......The Dictatorship did isolate itself from everyone already, perhaps this isolation was horrying, perhaps this isolation was welcoming....however, one could really not tell for up to now the isolation when unnoticed.

And so....with the thought of isolation looming thick in the air, the seeminly unconcerned high official sent a simple response to Neo Earth.

Good bye Neo Earth from a seemingly desolate national wasteland.

The soldier resumed his careless mein as he shivered in the cold eerie silence of this wasted nation.

OOC:
Good bye Neo Earth! I thought I would give you one last role play response! Although we have never associated, I still say my good byes.

We will miss you!

Good bye.

OOC: I don't want to leave, but I have so little time. Damn school.
But, maybe, just maybe, I might make it back during the summer. Cause, starting at 2:18 pm US Mountain Standard Times, June 10, 2004, I will be out of 8th grade, and into my short summer. Hopefully, as long as I don't get grounded agian (like last year, where I was grounded the whole summer), I'll return. But, that's only a maybe (40k armies don't buy themselves)
