To further advance the military reform currently in progress, the Armed Forces/Space Armada of Foe Hammer has ordered the remaining 10 Chaos-class Starfleets scrapped, the materials, power generators and other equipment used to built new high-tech cities.
Included in the decommission orders are 6 Universal Exploration Fleets. They will also be scrapped, the components used to build new cities and renovate current cities.
This decommission order will remove 160 vessels from the Space Navy of Foe Hammer, the final Major Vessel count reduced to 678.
The remaining fighters will be reassigned to trade route patrols and police duties, the transports reassigned to civilian transportation services, and the gunboats reassigned to police duties as well. This decrease in fleet vessel numbers is expected to cut the annual military upkeep budget to half it's original amount. The remaining money will be channeled into healthcare, education, welfare and other community services.
