The Grand Duke Friedrich Karl I of Lauterburg offers greetings to the rest of the world and earnestly hopes to help promote global peace and stability. Embassies, Consulate Generals and various diplomat missions shall be established in good time within your states (subject to mutual consent by both national governments) and Lauterburg welcomes other countries interested in forming diplomatic ties with us to do likewise in our capital. Governments wishing to construct buildings to house diplomatic staff shall be alotted a parcel of land on pretigious Prinz Otto Strasse.
Furthermore, missions will be provided with a complementary condensed version of the "Lauterburg Zeitung" on a monthly basis highlighting all essential domestic events and select (relevant) international clippings.
We hope that our friends abroad will work with us to build a better tomorrow not only for our offspring, but for the world in its entirety.
-- Secretary of State for the Foreign Office Freiherr Heinrich von Kovalenko-Leitelbach und Trauerstein
