OOC: I did an OOC post leading up to this, now for the IC post...as I am now 2 billion.

"Today, Senator Orion has announced that the 2 billionth citizen has been born in AO. A 2nd golden trident has been erected next to the one that was built when Atlantis reached 1 billion citizens. Both Tridents reside at the enterance to the Senate halls. Senator Orion has also stated that a new forgin policy has been instatuted. Instead of being isolationists, AO will now take a more agresive role in intergalactic politics. The fleet buildup a few months back signald this. In other news...."
