"Earlier today. General Alexei Hessinger announced that Operation: Forge was to begin. This Operation is a complete revamping of the current military. New, and better tactics will be developed as well as the standardization of the new WAR-35 into all branches of ground forces. There will be a short boost of military spending for the next 2 and 1/2 years so that this change will be faster and finished quicker as well. Here is a video clip from Hessingers speech to the people earlier this moerning from his estate balcony."
6 Wohlstand Elites emerge from the darkened hall leading to the balcony, then forming two lines along the red carpet pathway. Hessinger steps onto the balcony and ascends to the podium, which is encased in a ballistic glass case, for security purposes, as well as several microphones amplifying his speech.
"In the next two and a half years, the Wohlstand National Armed Forces will be revamped to cause the military to be stronger and greater than ever before. Your soldiers, your defenders of freedom will now be a force to be reckoned with world wide. In space, on land, on sea, and in the skies, we will now have the capability to dominate the battlefield in every aspect. We will give our enemies hell. We will fight for freedom on an international level and we will be the superpower that we are destined to be. As a people, we are forging a hammer. A hammer so gargantuan, that when it falls, the enemy will only be able to crumble beneath it, while we unwaveringly crush them. We will be the hammer of justice and we will be strong!"
