Isles of Wohlstand

A car speeds by, the window shield shattered onto the chairs and a tire blown out, stalled and broken in the middle of havoc. Alongside the car, hundreds of protestors from the southern region of Wohlstand scream 'Down with Hessinger, Up with Democracy'. Some protesters grabs broken wooden barricades and others grab broken glass, running at the wall of ballistic shields infront of them, only to be beaten back by the sounds of rubber bullets snapping against their bodies.
Beyond this wall of shields, General Roe runs into the office of Hessinger, his hands grasped together and his forehead leaning upon them.
"Sir, we must do something to end this" Roe lets out
"If I give in, all I have created will collapse. All I have done is prevented other corrupted parties from making this nation fall. I alone brought the Isles to where it is at now. What do I get now? I get nothing but a punch in the gut from my people." Hessinger sighs "Order the officers to arrest all those who riot. These few hundred are a mere speck of the population"
"What if others follow" asks Roe.
"There won't be any." responds Hessinger
Roe steps from the room, and runs back down the flights of stairs, giving orders to the commanding officers. The officers nod and spread the commands. The shields open a slit in their mid section as the police officers peer through the glass windows in them. The barrels of several pepper ball rifles slide into the slits and open fire. The crows gets struck by several hundred of the pepper balls.
People fall, gasping and coughing from the fumes as officers sorround the crowds and round up several people, sending others back away as the remains of the crowd scatter.
In his office, Hessinger sighs, seeing the situation cleared up. He prepares to breif the news on what happened.
